Welcome to Cooler Bound Charters, a family-owned fishing charter based out of Geneva, Ohio. (1 hour east of Cleveland) Located on Lake Erie (Walleye Capital of the World). We specialize in Family-Friendly charters in freshwater, multi-species fishing on Lake Erie, targeting walleye, steelhead, bass, and yellow perch. We offer Full and Multi Day Charters.

We have over 30 years of experience, and can cater to all fishing levels. From finding serious trophies to family memories with generations, we have something for everyone.

After many years of fun fishing, Captain Dave completed his USCG Captains License. Since then, his mission has been to share his love of fishing with others. From what started as fishing trips has now turned in to a full family business. With the help of his wife and two kids, together they work to make Cooler Bound Charters the best it can be.

Working closely with repeat clients, anglers, and developers, we built our new Extreme Boats 795 Game King 26’ named Cooler Bound. This fishing machine allows you to take your experience to another level. Over a year was spent designing, refining details, and making decisions. Not only will our Extreme boat take you to another level of fishing, but it will also flat out impress you on ride and build quality, feathers, functions.

Our trips are fully guided aboard our Extreme Boats 795 Game King. This custom 26’ vessel was built for comfort, safety, and serious fishing. Depending on your goals, we fish using a variety of proven techniques including trolling, drifting, casting, and jigging.

We offer Full-day (8-hour) and Multi-Day charters, making our trips perfect for friends, families, and kids of all experience levels. Whether it’s your first time on the water or you’re chasing a personal best, our goal is to get you your catch and create unforgettable memories.
